Article Snippet: The mouse T lymphoblastic lymphoma cell line EL4 was purchased from ATCC (Manassas, VA, USA) and cultured in RPMI-1640 medium (Sigma-Aldrich, Czech Republic) with the addition of heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (10%), 100 U mL−1 of penicillin-streptomycin solution, 1 mM sodium pyruvate, 4.5 g L−1 of glucose, and 4 mM glutamine.
